As an ULTA Beauty EssentialCare plan member, you’re entitled to numerous member benefits, including 24-hour online access and the nation’s largest independently owned preferred provider organization.

The EssentialCare Voluntary Fixed Indemnity Medical Benefits plan  provides limited coverage for medical expenses. You can elect coverage for yourself, yourself and one dependent, or yourself and family. The plan helps you pay for doctor’s office visits, prescriptions, inpatient services and outpatient services including labs and X-rays.

EssentialCare offers you options for additional coverage including:
